The Angel’s Song

A Carol for Children

A lovely setting of Ogden Nash’s poem of the same title brings gripping contemporary images of the text to musical life. First performed by the Butler University Chorale for which it is dedicated, it makes a tremendous offering in any holiday concert or worship.

O Come, O Come to See the King

A calling to those of the day, as well as of the present to come to the manger to see the new born king. The verse–refrain structure is accentuated by a brief moment of a cappella singing on the word Alleluia, bringing this piece to a beautiful and tranquil ending.
